Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis / Maple Grove

Rooms are nice. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Nothing too extravagant. They have full size shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in showers. Walking distance to pancake house, local taco joint, and cvs. Hotel is further away from local attractions, but easy access from the freeway. Restaurant on site if pricey. Pool water is cold and there is not hot tub on site for this location. There is a small outdoor garden/patio area next to the indoor pool/lobby to sit outside to relax

I had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Minneapolis Maple Grove! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The only downside was the limited room service options, which left me wishing for more variety. Also, I was a bit surprised to find there were extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which I hadn’t anticipated. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

My overall experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Maple Grove, MN, was very positive. The staff members were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel offers excellent breakfast and dinner options, and the facility is well-maintained and clean. However, during my stay, the extreme cold weather caused a significant draft from the window, which led to the heating system running nonstop. To enhance guest comfort, it would be great if management could consider better insulating the windows before next winter. This small improvement would make my next stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting again!

We just stayed Dec29th. Alexis at the front desk was so kind. We ate at the restaurant and had burgers, fries and tomato bisque. The burgers were juicy and delicious. The hotel is clean and welcoming. I saw complimentary wine and coffee. We stayed in room 123. Unfortunately we could hear EVERY sound like doors closing and the people upstairs, this is the reason for the 4 stars. Next time ill stay on the top floor far down the hall.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of my stay. The food was also quite good, adding to the positive experience. However, the room itself was underwhelming. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, including visible stains on the side of the bed frame, which was off-putting. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, which impacted overall comfort. The location is decent, but if you're looking for nearby pubs or bars, there aren't many options within close proximity. With some improvements in cleanliness and ambiance, this hotel could be a much better experience.

Had to grab a room because the water was out in my new home that I had moved into the same day. I got in late but the bed slept great.

I came here for my daughter’s cheer competition and ABSOLUETLY loved it. Such great customer service and the bed was perfect! Slept like a baby! And their all you can eat breakfast for $15.00!?! Cannot beat that. We will be back!

Overall a very good experience. Great location - a CVS is very close to get necessities and some good food choices in the parking lot over. The rooms were decently clean and are up to date. I didn't use the pool area or order food but priced seemed reasonable for the convenience. I was on the 3rd floor, so no room noise above, but when people would walk and talk in the hallways is was very obvious but I could not hear people next door thankfully. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.
